For new homes, a CSM will need to be approved by the Town. Please contact the Town Clerk, Sheri Erickson for more infomation. This will need to be completed prior to applying for a building permit.
Building permits are not required for garages/sheds, but a permit is required by the Town. Contact the Town for more information.
Building permits are not required for reroofing, siding, and if the opening does not change, the replacement of doors and windows in the Town of Springfield.
