Town of New Haven Building Code Ordinance
In the Town of New Haven, a new dwelling, including manufactured homes, installing an used manufactured home, and alterations and additions to a dwelling, including manufactured homes is required to have an UDC building permit issued by the building inspector and a Town of New Haven building permit issued by the Town Clerk.
